You can’t just have your website, build A Google Business Profile and expect to see stellar results.

There are a few elements that are necessary in order to dominate Google and leave your competition in the dust.

So, dominating Google is the name of the game. Real estate is your world that you want to live in, right? Think real estate, think gardens and grocery stores. So we want to make sure you have a website with the optimized content. That’s the right content. To recap it if you guys want to look at your competition, who’s beating you on Google, look how much content they have on our service pages.

And kind of see and you can reverse engineer, and say, “Hey, agency, that’s doing all my SEO and I’ve been bitching about not having results. How come my competition has 2000 words on their page and I did an SEO quake diagnosis on my site. We don’t even have our meta descriptions on our service page done properly or h1 tags aren’t properly input.”  It’s important.

Build a solid foundation for your online presence with SEO. But remember SEO takes months to years to rank properly. You should see a lot of forward momentum, right? I’m not saying in six months, all of a sudden you’re page one for everything.

You’ll see maybe some of the lower hanging fruit keywords pop the page one pretty soon. If you have a good SEO agency and you’re doing it right. But for the big ones, water, mold, fire, it takes some time and there’s some other ways, the more content you put at it, you can rank a little bit quicker.

And while you’re waiting for that to happen, you need to go to the store, which is PPC and LSA. Again, if you can afford it, all those things should be implemented at once. You should be running an LSA program at pay per click running when you need it and have your organic search and your Google business profile to eventually take over page one.

Just remember when you are making improvements to your site, Google Business Profile, etc. that Rome wasn’t built in a day. These results- like most good things- take TIME.
