If you run a business and you do restoration work, and let’s say your average job is $12K. If you’re missing two opportunities a month, that’s one job a month. That’s six figures in revenue that’s being left on the table because you’re slightly slow answering the phone.
Yeah, exactly. And that number is usually much higher than that, you know, notwithstanding like we could talk about storm surges, cuz that’s a whole different piece, right? But there’s consistently, consistently five to six figures of revenue on the table here that can be recouped. And this is these are leads that you’re paying for.
Yeah, this is low-hanging fruit.
This is low-hanging fruit. Yeah, this is stuff that you should be pushing into your pipe. It’s kind of getting stuck at the top. And so, you know, it kind of behooves everyone to make sure that:
A, they have visibility on their numbers, on their funnel numbers, right? How effective am I at converting these deals? Most people don’t even know that. They don’t even have that data. If I asked a hundred restorers, I would venture that maybe five of them would be able to answer me, “What does your sales funnel look like? What is your conversion? How does it go from bucket A to bucket B, you know, down the pipe?” Most people don’t know that. So, you know, I think it’s really important to be able to assess that.
