We took a deep dive on all things LSA with our 2025 webinar earlier this year, but here is a short clip with Yas talking about how you can get the best bang for your buck with this tool, and how you can even use it to improve your visibility in other ways.
We break down the essentials of LSA (Local Service Ads), emphasizing responsiveness and reviews. Discover how rating leads and gathering reviews impacts your SEO and Google rankings across multiple levels, including LSA, PPC, Google My Business, and SEO.
Every single call has to be answered. Every single message has to be responded to. If you don’t do that- So it’s just like running a business. If you’re not answering the phone, you’re not responding to messages, you’re not gonna get business. But in, from the terms of LSA, they’re just not gonna display your ads, correct? Or they’re just gonna lead down to the next person. If that 3 numbers are rotating all the time on the first page of Google and you are not doing any of them, then why will they show you?
So that’s, that’s a responsibility, that’s a feedback- Exactly. you have to have all the time. Now once you follow through with that call and it becomes a lead, now what do you do next? You have to rate it. On the top bottom of that call, it says, Rate this lead, either if it’s a good or a bad. If it’s a bad, you can get credited, so you might get that money back.
Even if it’s not a conversion, but it was a lead, you might not then get that money back, but it was a, a lead that you don’t do, something that you do not offer, a service that you do not comply with- Yeah. then you can get that money back. But as long as you rate it, you will get that credit. And if it’s archived and completed and so forth, phenomenal.
It’s gonna go to the second one and the most important one, the reviews. So if you follow through with that one, you get the monthly, fantastic. At the end of your job that you’ve completed with that client, you go back to the LSA and you say, Okay, now let’s ask for that review. And that review is gonna pump you up, not just because LSA and the responsiveness, but also it’s gonna be tied to Google My Business and it help you out on the SEO and everything on all the other 4 levels that you can be shown on the first page of Google, LSA, pay per click, Google My Business, and SEO.
So it’s gonna help throughout everything if you do that last step on the LSA. That’s why it’s critical to do it at least once a week for the rating and the reviews, but every single call and message are for the responsiveness of LSA.
