James: ‘One of the other franchises was like, “Just buy this and thank me later.” So, she bought LiveSwitch on a Saturday. And lo and behold, that weekend she gets a call from a beach house that’s 2 hours away and had some pipes burst and it was a disaster, right? And so, she knew she was like, “Man, there’s money, but I’m going to have to drive out on Sunday, 2 hours, and do this entire sidewalk and audit and then come back around.”
And she hadn’t even been trained by us yet. She’s like, “Well, let me see if I can figure this thing out.” And I asked the other owner, “Well, Nick, what about training?” He’s like, “I don’t we don’t even need training. Like, if they if like, did you need training when you use a Nextel walkie-talkie? You just tap the button and talk like, you’re done. You’re trained.” So, like, it’s the same thing with LiveSwitch. So, she’s like, “All right.”
So, she texted the owner of the home and we have they walked around and showed her everything and just took the video and she just used her regular process. She didn’t even use our AI after. She’s like, “James, I bought your stuff and it saved me 5 hours and this trip and I won it. It paid for itself in the first time I ever used it and I had never even known what I was doing. I didn’t even use the AI.” And she told that to all the franchises and I was like, “I love you in the most HR appropriate way right now.”’
