Ben: I know a lot of people there, because of how ambiguous is, and there’s a lot of struggles out there with everything and again, we can spend three hours talking about, you know, one little aspect about SEO. But for the purpose of today JC, I want you to take ’em through a few things that we can do for everybody out there.
JC: Sure. So, it’s very overwhelming in terms of all the content that Ben just described in the beginning from LSA, Google Maps, Google Ads, organic and so on where a lot of people, they get confused. You know, like, all right. So what does this all mean? How does this tie in to my Restoration Business?
‘Cause all I give a damn about is like, you know, I just want people to call. The right people. Not just people that are looking for “trabaho”, you know? So yeah, we offer a Free Strategy Session. What I do is, I’ll first find out your website. I’ll take a look. I’ll do an audit, make sure what’s missing or what’s good. You know, I just, I’m a straight shooter.
If I see you need a new website, I’m gonna let you know but I’ll give you specific details and I’ll even show you examples of what it should like. Alright? I’ll look at your Google Business Profile, photos, specifically Google Reviews. You know, the consistency of those Google Reviews. I can’t stress that enough.
And Nikki and Yas, are gonna talk about in a moment. So what I do in terms of the next point, LSA and Google Guaranteed, I do a search and see, you know, for “water damage restoration near me” or their specific city.
You know, what it looks like in terms of their, see if there’s any photo violations, or if they’re not ranked high, you know, why is it that they’re not ranked in the top? I would say three to five positions.
I look at their social media, make sure that they’re consistent. But also I just, again, I’m looking at from the buyer’s journey. I keep doing those searches. Just, I keep it really super simple. If I’m somebody that’s potentially looking for that Restoration Company’s business, okay.
What are the steps they go through? Alright? Are they, after doing a Google search for “water damage restoration near me” or that city, are they even showing up anywhere in the first page of Google or the second page? I also look within their service area, maybe the top cities.
Usually, give or take, it’s about, within 30 minutes. Are they still, not even in the first page. If not, then like, “Hey, this is what you guys need to fix.” Need our help, you know, we can do that. And you know, we have tons of Free Resources.
We just put out the LSA Checklist, there’s Marketing Checklist, so at least, you know, it’s good to understand. You don’t have to do it in-house, but at least know the basics of what’s involved. So this way you know what to look for.
