We had so much fun at RIA with our clients and Restoration Industry friends. We were very lucky to run into Ryan Kaplan, owner of East End Flood & Fire Restoration, where he shared what it’s really like working with the Ironclad team.
“I own a company, East End Flood and Fire Restoration. We’re actually located out in the Hamptons. We’ve been in business for about seven months now. I’ve been working with Ironclad the whole time. They’ve been fantastic. They’ve really helped me get my business off the ground.
Started out in January. We’ve done about 15 jobs already, most of them coming in through Google. So, it’s really been great. And Yas has been a great project manager, and she’s been there every step of the way giving reports every month and really detailed and really thorough. And yeah, they really just can’t imagine having a better SEO. So it’s been great.
So I did some research, restoration-specific SEOs. I interviewed a few of them and I actually spoke with JC behind the camera over there and JC seemed really knowledgeable and he really showed what Ironclad stands for and their level of expertise in the industry. That’s how I ended up finding you guys.
It’s been going great, better than I could have ever expected for year one. You know, we’ve been getting jobs, consistent work, and it’s really surpassed my expectations. So, I think for me becoming a business owner has been really rewarding and obviously we strive to succeed when we start a business. So, it’s really been a good feeling to be doing well.
I would say that they’re great. I mean, I can’t imagine that I would have gotten this far in this many jobs without you guys. So, I really appreciate all the help. And I would say give Ironclad a chance.”
