So do yourself a favor. Incentivize your techs, throw them a bone for every Google Review they get. Make sure they ask the customer for a review in person with a Google Review link or QR code. If you email them, the chances of that email getting to your inbox versus spam folder are about as good as Diddy getting a get out of jail free card.

And if they don’t leave a review from the initial request, hit them up again, text, call, whatever. Peoples are busy and it will take multiple touches, but it’ll be worth it. Now do yourself a favor and get me a banana.”
