We are here to let you know that Google is aware of this issue and working on a solution. We know how FRUSTRATING this is for all of you Restoration Companies out there, but from what we understand, the reviews are not gone for good. If you have questions or need help then reach out to our team.
Hey, what’s up everybody. We have been getting a ton of calls and emails, and DMs on LinkedIn about people missing Google Reviews for the Restoration Business. I know this is something that’s super frustrating, but our friends at Google just announced on Friday that they have identified a bug that is hiding reviews.
They didn’t use the term eliminating the reviews, which means your reviews are still there and they’re working on a fix right now to get your reviews back. So if you’ve noticed that you’re missing certain reviews, newer reviews are just not popping up or your review count might be lower than it normally is, if you’re like me and you’re checking these things all the time, it’s going to be super frustrating.
But Google is aware of the problem. They did release an official announcement and like most things that happen with Google, they tend to find the problem first before they let anybody know. Leaving all of us out here, ripping our hair out and getting very frustrated, but don’t fret. Your Google reviews will come back as soon as they find a fix.
