“I’m Erik Ballester. I run a full service property restoration out of Dallas Fort Worth. We’re primarily a water, fire, and mold, restoration company along with reconstruction after the mitigation’s completed. So I opened my company about four years ago and did a lot of program work. And for a little bit that was sustainable until it wasn’t.
So, I started looking for, you know, alternatives, wanting to make an online presence, get my SEO going, and I came across Ironclad, and I’m happy I did. Ever since then, I haven’t had to find, Different company to run SEO or my Google Local Service Ads. So, that’s how I got involved with the Ironclad.
Well, first I would say the work on the Google side of things. So Google Local Service Ads, Google maps, and Google my business in general, weekly updates on the blogs, getting me ranked higher rather fast in my areas, in my targeted areas. Those are two key points that have really helped me move away from program work and into a more organic job lead.
And that, that was rather fast. Within a few weeks, maybe a couple months, I pretty much turned down program work and I’ve gone strictly just organic people finding me on the internet. So usually the way that I like to explain it is, I’m cutting out a middleman that is way too expensive.
You know, when it comes to the program work, it’s hit or miss, you know? They could give you a huge job or they’ll give you 10 little, maybe a cup on the water. You know, a cup of water falling on a carpet, you know? So, moving away from that, I’ve actually been put in a position for people that have true emergencies find me.
A true 3AM call, I know everyone’s like, the 3AM call, but no, it’s really worked for me, you know? Getting those true emergencies, those that’s one thing I could say that you don’t see that with program work. You’re not going to get a 3 AM call working through a TPA, waiting for approvals, delaying a complete claim because there is that middleman in the middle.
Right there, just kind of, trying to tell you how to run a job from a desk when I get visible in front of true clients that really do have an emergency. All their trust is in me, you know? So I’m able to work faster. I’m able to provide a smoother service for our clients.
Since working with Ironclad, like I mentioned before, the internet presence, a lot of customers tell me nowadays, like, “Hey, I saw your reviews. I see you’re everywhere. And that’s why I called you.” And all of that is really thanks to Ironclad, really putting me in a position to be viewed by these customers in turn, increasing revenue throughout the time I’ve been with Ironclad.
If you’re looking for a digital marketing company that you’re gonna feel that they’re part of your team, that you’re gonna feel that you’re involved in every decision, and as far as unlimited access to the project manager assigned to me. You know? Being able to ask questions.
“Hey, how am I looking here? How am I looking there? How about this city? What do you see? You know, target keywords in this city?” Having that access to someone that you really feel that cares, right? That like, you know, your success makes them successful. And, that’s something that’s a hard to come by.
You know, it’s hard to find a company or someone that really cares about your company. As much as you do. And you’re with someone that is bidding on your success as well as their own. And that’s one thing it’s more than just hiring someone. It’s more of a partnership to me. That’s how I view mine and Ironclad’s, relationship.”
