Our time in Vegas at the Experience was full of good times, great food, and amazing experiences with our Restoration friends.
It was really special to watch Yas connect with the Spanish Speakers, and I am so glad I had the opportunity to share my Built to Win presentation with all of you who were there.

What an incredible week we had at the Experience Convention in Las Vegas. This year, I had the honor of taking the stage to present Built to Win, walking through exactly how restoration contractors can dominate online and keep their trucks on the road, even when things are slow. Getting in front of a room full of owners and operators who are actually building something in this industry, that’s the kind of conversation that makes all of the prep work worth it.
But it’s Las Vegas, and this trip wasn’t just about the stage time. Myself and some of the Ironclad team spent the whole week connecting with contractors, meeting new faces, and most of all, reconnecting with people we’ve built real relationships with over the years in this industry.
But one of the biggest highlights for me was watching our account manager, Yess, lead the Spanish-speaking roundtables and business track sessions throughout the entire convention. Watching her create a space for Spanish-speaking restoration owners to dig into real strategy in their own language with real depth, that’s exactly the kind of impact we want to be part of at these events.
We also got to give a huge shout-out and thank you to Calla and the entire team at R&R Magazine for the invite and for putting together an incredible event from start to finish. Events like this don’t happen without a lot of work behind the scenes, and it definitely showed.
If we connected with you in Vegas, it was great meeting you and we’re looking forward to staying in touch. If we didn’t get a chance to this time, we’ll see you at the next one. Until then, it’s time to get back to work.
