You know how much Nikki loves a great Google Business Profile!
In this clip, she talks a little bit about how your GBP can improve your customer’s experience with your company. We like to think of your Business Profile as your first impression for your customers, so it’s really important to keep up to date!
If I’m hiring somebody that has to come into my house , I wanna know that they’re legitimate people, that aren’t gonna come in and kick my dog or whatever. So make sure you write about yourself, talk about your team, put team, uh, photos, put videos. I’m looking at all that.
If you’re talking to me, I’m looking at it. So- Yup. It- it’s super important, um, make sure your information’s accurate. My favorite thing to do is to read the one-star reviews ’cause they’re- Yes. either really funny or really informative. Um- Yeah. They happen. So you get your reviews, you can show people the work that you’re doing, which is super important. If I’m looking for somebody to fix my burnt-down kitchen, I’m not going to just take their word for it. I’m gonna be looking at pictures and videos and reviews and, uh, all in one spot here.
It’s, it’s number one tool for your business, for sure.
