Do you run into “writer’s block” when it comes to coming up with new content to post on social media? If so, think about those FAQ’s you always hear from your customers, those are great topics which also provide value, testimonials, before and after photos of jobs, pics of your team, vehicles, equipment, etc. We’re looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with.
I want to talk to you about a few ideas that you could be using for your restoration business to get more social media content out there. When you’re wondering, what should I be posting? Now, the first thing that we’ll always tell our clients is posts frequently asked questions and the answers to those questions. Not only are you going to be providing value, but you’re also going to be answering questions that you’re getting on a consistent basis to kind of eliminate some of that back and forth.
Another great idea is posting testimonials, and before and after of jobs to show off that great work that you’re doing for people. Now, I do want to say, if you do offer multiple services, you have to make sure that you are posting different types of posts. Each one of those services. So don’t pigeonhole yourself into one thing, because you’re going to miss out on a lot of opportunities out there for people that just don’t know what you do. Cast a wider net on your social media and be consistent.
