What’s up everybody? Welcome to the Ironclad Marketing Minute. My name is Ben Riccardi with Ironclad Restoration Marketing. And today I’m going to give you the top three things that you need to be doing for your restoration business to maximize your online visibility and increase your sales and leads from the internet.
Now, at the end of the day, all these three things lend to you needing to make sure that you take over as much real estate on the first page of Google as possible. That includes the ad section, the map section, and the organic section. So to do so, So these three things are paramount. Number one, you need to implement a strategic SEO or search engine optimization strategy.
Now SEO lens for your rankings in the organic section, which is at the bottom of the search engine results under the map section. This is the most sustainable way to get visibility and leads for your business over time, but it takes six to eight months sometimes to rank for your high qualifying keywords depending on your territory and depending on the services that you need to rank for.
Number 2, you have to be utilizing your Google business profile. I cannot overstate how important it is for your business, especially in the local home services, like the restoration industry to have a properly optimized Google business profile that you’re leveraging to get more visibility. Not only is your Google business profile tied directly to your maps rankings, but it also is a great way to show off and get better conversions.
You can get your reviews there. You can post updates for your company’s photos. of before and after of all the wonderful jobs that you’re doing and help pre sell people before they even pick up the phone to call you. Now, you need to make sure that you’re linking your Google business profile to your website because it also will help with your search engine optimization, organic search results.
And number 3, you should be implementing Google ads, whether that’s pay per click or the Google LSA program. The ad section is the first thing you see on a Google search result. So by taking over the ad section, the organic section, Then in the map section in the middle, you are getting the ultimate visibility on the search engines, which is where all of the attention online is and where over 90 % of people who are looking for home services are going to when they need to find a company to help them with their property damage.
Now go ahead and check it out.
