Your business development is always out there. Ops doesn’t even know what they do. There’s such a big disconnect and a lack of purpose, and engagement, and support. Right?

And we talk about that. We talk about, you know, this team here is the one that makes the phone ring. So do you have a phone to answer? And we create that cohesive collaboration that is a challenge that most companies deal with. They don’t prioritize relationship building with referring partners. And what happens is that when the pipeline is empty, what do we do now? What do we do?”
