How quickly do you contact a lead? If you wait any longer than 5 minutes then your chances of getting a hold of them decrease dramatically.
Also, how many times do you “call” that lead? Did you know that chances of contact increase by 96% after 6 calls.
What’s up guys! If you want to significantly increase the chance that somebody’s gonna pick up the phone when you contact a lead, you need to make sure you’re doing two things. Number one, make sure you’re contacting them back within five minutes. After five minutes and all the way to even 30 minutes, your chances decrease significantly. Almost a hundred percent, your probability drops of getting in touch with them.
The other thing you wanna do is make sure you’re making multiple calls. Don’t just make one call, maybe follow it up with a text or an email, make multiple calls. In fact, there’s data that shows that if you make six attempts, your chance of probability of getting in touch with that person goes from 43%, all the way to 96%, so almost a perfect response rate.
So go out there, check out how your lead times are going. Make sure that your techs and your sales people are getting back in touch with people right away and make sure that you’re making multiple call attempts on the phone to increase your probability of making contact with those leads that you need for property damage restoration.
