If you are posting content consistently on social media then we applaud you! However, a common problem we see is when companies don’t have their phone # in their bio or in their posts. Bottom line, you want to make it super easy for anyone to contact you. The whole purpose of posting content is to eventually have that potential.

If you’re a restoration business owner and you are posting consistently on all of your social media platforms, huge thumbs up! Give yourself a big pat on the back. But if you’re one of the many, many, many restoration business owners I see that are posting on social media, but you don’t have your contact information in your bio, you are screwing up and quite frankly, probably wasting all of your time and energy when you’re posting because when somebody has property damage, they need you right away.

So if they find you on a social media post, and they can’t get in touch because you don’t have a phone number and you don’t have your website in your bio, they’re going to call your competition. So if you want to maximize all that money and energy you’re placing into your social media and get more leads from the internet, make sure you go log into every single social media profile you own, make sure you have an updated phone number and your website in the bio.
