Frequently Asked Questions aka FAQ’s are great topics for blogs on your website, social media, Google Business posts, etc. Before someone calls you about your services they are going to do some searches on Google, go to your website, maybe check out your reviews. By the way this is how we come up with a majority of the posts you see on our social, blog, email, etc.
FAQ’s or frequently asked questions, those pesky questions that every single person seemed to ask you when they’re calling your company about property damage restoration. Well, I’m here to tell you that you need to capitalize on those frequently asked questions in a couple of different ways.
One, you should be addressing those FAQ’s in blog posts on your website, because there’s a good chance that people are calling you and asking you for that stuff. They’re going onto a search engine and looking for that stuff in your local area. And if you have the content on your web, guess what? Your website will pop up first. Answer those questions and get them to pick up the phone.
Also FAQ’s are an easy and great way to provide value based content on your social media pages. Much like we do here at Ironclad Restoration Marketing with me making these videos every day. We’re answering questions that we get all the time from restoration contractors. So we’re getting ahead of the game a little bit. We’re providing value-based content and we have easy topics to throw onto our website. To hopefully climb with those rankings on Google.
